| Bio: | TakenHawkeye started out like everyone else in the world. Small, elliptical, half-formed. (No, I'm not referencing Gollum.) A bunch of things happened, and then - BOOM! She was seventeen. (Mostly because that's when I met her. Just mostly.) Although we do not know where Hawkeye has been taken to (and she won't tell), this fact has little significance over the many other things she has accomplished and done that distract us from the whereabouts of said surgeon. Her drabbles are both numerous and amazing - such is the talent of one who does not use filler when you've a limit on what can be said. The short stories are equally impressive, thought-provoking and sometimes humourous, sometimes upsetting - although a writer who can make a reader ache for a character is one that will not lose ratings. I've not known many writers who are at the level of style and intelligence she is, and even fewer who have maintained it for so long. TakenHawkeye is a serious person, and her sense of humour can come unexpectedly to delight and amuse whoever it's aimed for. I always look forward to seeing a post, some caps, a short story...even a small note makes me grin. I consider TakenHawkeye one of my v. best friends, and with supreme luck, I will know her for quite some time. And not just because I wish to know where Hawkeye is. ~ The ever lovely hawkeyesmartini. I do not know her extremely well, but I could still fill a book with nice things I have to say about her. She enjoys theater, M*A*S*H, slash, and writing, but her great taste in activities and fandom has nothing to do with how thoughtful and sweet she is. She is witty and enviably eloquent, not to mention very good-looking and a great baseball player. Well, I don't know about the baseball thing, but I wouldn't be surprised to find out that she is, as she seems to be good at everything.I always love to read her entries, and so should you, because she always has something interesting to say--about fandom or real life, it doesn't matter.
